This is a better unit that any other I have used. Easy to set up once you download the app, comes with many useful attachments. It's a little expensive, but worth the price.

Easy to use and no cables, all wireless. Really cleaned the hard to reach and see areas in my ear.Got all that built up hard wax removed with ease.

I thought this was really cool because of the different options and it's flexible. However, it connects to the Bebird app for about a minute. Sometimes less and then it disconnects. I have killed the app many times and after about 10x, I gave up. I restarted my iPhone 16 Pro a few times too. I'm not sure what isn't working. I have the current Bebird app (Bebird pro doesn't work in case you try that). Idk if it's the device, app, or iOS.

I'm prone to swimmer's ear and I have really tiny, child sized ear canals even though I'm an adult. It is lame. I have had doctors pull ear wax out of me before and it's always made such a huge difference to my life when they have (and omg, my hearing improved 1000x as soon as they did).It can be gross (or interesting) to use. The camera part is awesome and this whole thing ends up saving me money from having to go to the doctor, or getting sick and then requiring antibiotics. It's far easier to get the nasty ear wax out and be done with it. Now I can safely do it from home.

The advertised marquee feature of this otoscope is having a flexible stem which you then make rigid in order to actually use any of the scoops, and also having a lotion-applicator and tweezer attachment. The otoscope itself works reasonably well, but I've never run into a situation where I need any of these over what the cheaper versions provide; the tweezer functionality in particular is way way jankier than what the Bebird Note5 otoscope tweezers give you. Those are also cheaper than this set. Buy those instead.

Good picture too many parts for kids to mess with

This thing is so cool. So many functions. So many different options. So many tools. It takes a good while to figure it all out and look into everything and try it. But once you do, you're really pleased with everything. It does cost a little bit but it's worth it because you get so many different attachments and once you figure it out and really look through it, it is really easy to use. I'm so glad I got this and I think you will be too.

This is the most expensive of the Bebird ear products, but by far the most disappointing. I've bought several models and would recommend any of the cheaper models before this one. The camera stopped working after only a few weeks the first time. I got a replacement and had the same issue, this time after just over 4 weeks (in other words, just after the return window). The camera isn't very durable for a model designed to bend. Can't recommend this at all.
