I bought a couple for a trip to Italy and I have to admit that I was impressed. Usually I bring a separate battery+fan but this is a FAR better solution. I wished I'd had these on soooo many other trips! The fan is acceptable, easy to carry around and the ability to charge your phone if necessary (provided you brought a cable) and the flashlight are very useful. The exposed blades can't hurt you and will shut off automatically if it senses blockage (just keep your hair out of it) Since it folds, it's not like those ridiculous fan that have a cage around the fan itself ... a huge plus when you're hauling around a bunch of stuff of tours. My nitpicks are this: it's a bit hard for women with nails to open it until they get the hang of it, and the only real issue is that when opened the case isn't flat enough for sitting on a table ... it falls over so we have to prop it up with sugar packets or some such. I'd highly recommend it for anyone going to a hot area!!!

I'm a fall/winter person through and through. Hot weather to sit and enjoy, ok. But having to walk around and do things, not a fan.Having this portable fan in my purse became a must have.I try to use a smallish purse nowadays, so everything I put in there has to be a needed item. This fan fits perfectly and doesn't add weight.The first time I turned it on, I was surprised at how powerful the mini soft blades were.Convenient for a person like me who runs warm.It charges easily and lasts. I never used it for long lengths of time and out of habit of charging other things, I'd charge it at the end of a day out, so I can't speak to 12-19 continual use hours.

TMI, but I am an extremely sweaty person and run hot even in winter. My kid unfortunately got my genes and is the exact same way. A while ago we were at an outdoor concert and after being outside in the heat for so long I worried that my child may overheat. Also my phone died that day too which was a bummer. So when I was looking up solutions for the problems of that day this product came up and was everything I hoped for! It's small so I can keep it in my purse, it's a fan and a charger for your phone! It also has a flashlight which is cool I suppose but I don't really use that feature as I always just use my phone flashlight.Now, in theory, this is the perfect product, but there are some things that they could have done to make this better.A big con on mine is that there are only two fan speeds, so it doesn't actually help as much as I'd like it to for cooling me down.The size is actually a good one, it's small while at the same time being big enough for it to actually have some quality to it.Another con is that it is a bit top heavy, so when standing it up as it advertises, it can topple over and when anything touches the fan blades it turns off.My biggest con is actually the way you open it. You have to push it out from the bottom and that's where the power button is, so every time you open it you accidentally press the fan button which makes it kind of awkward to open while not getting injured.Overall, I do love this. It's adorable and it does exactly what I want it to do, charge my phone and provide a good breeze on the go. I just wish the fan was a big stronger and that it was less annoying to open.
