This product is literally perfect for my use case. I work in a restaurant at the moment, and since I'm not able to have a savings account under my own name yet, my method of saving would consist of stuffing a couple bills in a glass jar by my bed. Clearly this is not very secure and also very tempting. This money drawer changed all that. It has well organized compartments for bills and coins, and looks pretty decent. It is almost all metal but does have a couple plastic components (none of which are on the outside.) I would say from a security standpoint this isn't 100 percent safe as it advertises in the title, but the implementation of a simple lock is a nice thought. It really is a simple locking mechanism, so I doubt it would really protect you from someone with a mission, but if you're worried about your kids or siblings snatching your money, this should do the job just fine. Overall my complaints are very limited. The money drawer only has 4 compartments for bills which is somewhat inconvenient if you plan on having 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, AND 50s. But I doubt this is a problem for many people as most would simply keep their larger bills in the bank.

I am very impressed with this cash box. It has two keys which was handy. And the lid seems dampened wether intentionally or not, so that is an amazing feature, you can’t slam the lid on your fingers or anything.The money slots; the lid has to be open all the way for the cash clips to stay up and I’ve found that if there isn’t a ton of bills, they will make a super loud sound when they are set down. The springs are really tight so it has a lot of pressure on the bills.The coin slots can fit a lot of coins, or other small items. and behind the cash slots there is more storage that fits two stacks of business cards and markers in my case.The lid has foam padding on it so it will hold in all the coins which is very useful. And there is a handle on the outside. The keys work well and the lock holds up good.Overall, this was a great purchase, a good inexpensive option for a cash box.

As I said in the title, it is exactly as described. The money tray has slots for $1 bills up to $20, plus room in the back for checks and receipts.The clips hold down the money well and the change holders being above the bills works out nicely if you must drop pretty much anything that ends up in your hands, like I do.It’s comparable in price to others on here who do not have money trays, (basically just lock boxes, but I almost bought one because it was listed as a cash box and showed money lined up in the photo. Thankfully I read the description).This one was the cheapest price with cash and change slots. The clips to hold money down is a definite bonus and it also comes with extra springs, I guess in case one of the clips loosen.The box itself will probably dent easily, but the lock seems secure. It’s not fire safe, but it doesn’t claim to be in the description.In all, I’m happy with this purchase. The price is more than reasonable and it fits the needs of someone who sells stuff well.

I bought this for my husband to take to a trade show. The box is really sturdy and the compartments easy to use and organize cash and change. Even though we got this in black (his choice), I was pleased to see it comes in other colors since I'm considering getting one for myself as well.
