This tattoo pen kit comes with just about everything you need to get started with tattooing and it all comes in a great case. The included fake skin should be tossed because it's not nearly thick enough to truly learn on, and the included ink should only be used on fake skin and not to tattoo yourself or someone else. You always want to make sure you get the highest quality ink when you're ready to truly start tattooing.The pen has a rechargeable battery so you don't have to worry about any cords or cables while you're creating your art. It feels to be of good quality and is a good weight and shape. The display is easy to read and the buttons make the settings easy to adjust.This isn't the cheapest or most expensive kit you can purchase, but I think there's value here. If you're serious about seeing if tattooing is right for you, this is a good mid-priced pen to get you started.
