Ok, so mmwave detection is really fun to play around with, the difficult part, finding documentation! If you search the part number you'll eventually find some people that have figured it out and thus can basically follow how they built on it. Once you have it going, it's incredibly simple to interface with and you can use it for a lot of really cool applications by automating processes when you detect presence. Out of the box it is really noisy and does take some calibration but once it's tuned in, it's an amazing sensor!
