Louisiana Fish Fry, New Orleans Style Lemon Fish Fry, 10 oz (Pack of 12)

We've tried tons of different varieties and this one hands down makes the best fried fish. We use beer, not seltzer water, so I can't speak to how well that works.Breading stays together well, and would probably work really well with chicken and onion rings too. I will stick with this from now on, no need to try other brands!

I recommend this product for fish fry. I used catfish and walley and both were outstanding. I mixed it with Club Soda this time

I got my first package of this in a gift basket. It is the only fish breader I use now. In fact, I just bought a case of it. We catch a lot of fresh fish and I love how easy it is to use Louisiana Fish Fry. Just shake excess moisture from fish, roll it in the breader and you're done. It adheres to the fish so well that you can pan fry the fish in a small amount of oil, no need to waste a lot of oil in deep fryer. The fish consistently comes out crisp and flavorful. We like the Seasoned variety, don't buy the Cajun variety unless you have an asbestos tongue!

This is by far the best fish fry. No need to season your fish when using this product. This fry gives fish an excellent taste.

Love this line if spices

Picked up a bag of frozen catfish and thawed out a few pieces for my wife and me for dinner. I added just a little Old Bay because Maryland, but there's so little prep compared to the final product you'd think I has done this hundreds of times! You can't mess this up, and BTW I used the air fryer, less mess. Get some!
