Great for the price
I bought this from the Sihoo website. I really like the lumbar support versus the traditional pillow like setup most chairs have. One thing that was odd at this price point is that there was no seat tilt option (just a slide option). My only complaint is that I have a long-ish spine and the arm rests do not quite come up enough to support my elbows, which puts strain on my shoulders. Some minor tweaks to the chair fix it, but I think more functionality (7-8 settings vs 6) on the armrest would really sell it.

Works as advertised
The chair is excellent and functions as advertised. It took me some time to adjust to the lumbar support, but it ultimately helped me maintain proper posture and work for long hours at my desk.

First-day Review (S100): Hard to assemble, loud, heavy, a little clunky
The packaging contains customary extra screws and spacers, but arbitrarily more than the +1 advertised, which may be good or bad for some.I don't know if it's a design problem or bad luck in a build I received, but the chair legs and wheels were extremely difficult to insert. The tutorial video shows them all sliding in gently and easily, right away, but I had to struggle for an hour with brute force. The legs would not slide on quite far enough, maybe a millimeter short, to get the screws in evenly - but probably within tolerance for the sake of mere sitting. The wheels, I'm not sure how I finally managed to insert, but there was never a trick I found. Some of the adjustable settings make a lot of mechanical noise when acted on, especially the seatback, and armrest orientation and height adjustments, and sometimes the chair height adjustment. I'm used to no noise at all, albeit with chairs featuring just a height adjustment. The seat (horizontal) adjuster makes some noise by delay and it is hard to control. The armrest can only be lowered from the highest of 7 settings, and the highest setting does not appear to be maintainable either, as any pressure will immediately lower it back to the lowest setting; that seems somewhat inconvenient, though the default works for me.I would echo complaints about the limitations of the armrest rotation. While it can only rotate up to may 105° out from the chair (default is perpendicular), it can rotate as close as 30° inwards, which nestles right into the abdomen of even a skinny sitter. Such a close rotation seems useless to me; I could have used a 150° setting instead. The armrests are also indeed too flexible. The reclination is good for what it is, but more control would have been better. The chair spins a bit too easily for my taste. Finally, the chair is shockingly heavy. My previous chair was not lightweight - maybe up to 20 lb - but the S100 must be at least twice that. Don't expect to carry it about often. The sitting seems fine, to the extent I have the capacity to judge such things. The convex seat may turn out to be less comfortable to sit on for prolonged periods compared to a traditional one, but I'm not sure.

It SQUEAKS AND CREAKS
It started squeaking only a month into use. It is SO LOUD AND ANNOYING. I contacted them to see what could help and they told me to basically dismantle the entire bottom and oil each piece. I appreciated that they answered back but I shouldn’t have to oil a brand new chair that was over 200 dollars.
