I got this as a last-minute purchase for my grandson's 4-yr. old birthday. He absolutely loved it. It has several pieces, and a month later, none of them have broken. I really like the saw; the edge makes a sawing noise when dragging back and forth.At this time, the belt is on the smallest setting, so it should fit for a long time. He is so excited (and so is his little brother) to take his tool set out and work alongside his daddy on household projects!

I ordered this for my nephew. It was delivered to someone else's house but I was able to get it from their porch. The toy look sturdy and will gift nicely. I'm excited for him to open it!

I recently got my daughter a toolkit set and since both the kids are close in age, I just HAD to find one for my son (or the toy wars would begin). I showed his set to him and he was so excited. I did happen to keep the more pointy tools and hammer away from him since he’s a runner and definitely like to hit things. But he honestly couldn’t be more happier. Now when Bob the builder comes on or Handy Manny, my kids are extra excited to bring out their matching tools. It’s also great to watch them bring out their kits when dad or I are fixing things/DIYing.

My 2 yr old niece attended a kids event at Home Depot and ever since, she has been wearing her orange HD apron around the house.This tool kit is the perfect complement to her outfit. It could make a great Halloween costume!My favorite among the tools is the "sawing" sound made by the saw!The hat will likely not last very long as it is quite flimsy and it is also too loose for her to actually wear - a simple elastic string would have been a good addition.Would be a good buy at $10-15 but overpriced at $25.

Wish the material was better and no cheap but fun toy for kids

Absolutely love this, got for my son who likes to stick things in his pants band as a tool belt, this is great quality and the packaging is also great! Giving to him for xmas and I cannot wait to see his little face! Hes 2.5 and I love all the tools this has in it. Great bang for your buck!

I was excited about the 17-piece kids tool set, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. While the set includes a lot of pieces, the quality is seriously lacking. The belt is way too big for my child, making it almost unusable. To make matters worse, the pliers broke after just a few uses, which is really frustrating. It’s a shame because the idea is great, but the poor quality of the materials really lets it down. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

This is a fun tool kit for a three- or four-year-old when they want to help their parents with the projects around the house. It has the basic tools the kids are wanting to use; hammer, screw driver, pliers, saw, wrench, and drill. While it does have other parts, those seem to be the ones that drew the most interest from my 4-year-old grandson. He enjoyed wearing the toolbelt, but it will be used primarily as a place to keep all the tools in one place.The dust mask was a fun addition (I occasionally wear one depending on the project) but I wish the elastic was a little longer so that it would fit more comfortably around his head.I would recommend this tool set for a 3- or 4-years-old (maybe even 5 years old). While it’s advertised for 3- to 8-years-old, I would not recommend it for 6+ years old because it’s way to basic.
