Needed something I could use to prop up my back if I am studying in bed. Works perfectly. And the smaller pillow I can use under my knees.

It's comfy but a button already broke

I think we've all seen these before at a store or online and maybe you have owned one of these because I had one previously. What stood out for me is how much bigger this one is than the one I previously had. It is huge!So bigger is better in this case since this is very plush and even comes with an attached little pillow. Side note about the pillow: please do not pick up the cushion from the pillow because it will become detached. Lesson learned. I love this pillow and it makes for very comfortable TV watching due to its size and plushiness. But again it is very large and takes up a lot of space on the bed. I have a full size mattress and it takes up about 2/3 of the width of the mattress. I put it in a chair when not in use, and it covers the chair because it's so big. So there is a trade-off for big and comfortable. All that aside, I have no regrets about this one. I love it!

The pillow is soft and plush but not very comfortable. Maybe it needs to be broken in but it actually sits too straight. I took the small pillow off and use it behind my neck with my regular bed pillow.

It worked well for sitting up in bed

The media could not be loaded. The video says it all. Nothing else to say. I'm returning it. It's not what the picture depicted at all. I fully was expecting a seat that would be ready to go right out of the box not have to wait three or four days for it to settle in before I could use it. Which as you see it's still unusable.
