So I ordered this after reading about the potential health benefits from these pads. Unfortunately the packaging was in a flimsy envelope and the box was crushed (and even damaged a few of the pads) but there were enough in there where I felt I could test these out and see if I could feel a perceived health benefit.After the first night, the pad was half covered in blackness which I believe should be toxins. I didn’t feel that different though. I did contact the seller and they said it may take a few days before I may see a difference. 2nd and 3rd nights I saw an increase of toxins on the pads and then a drop off, respectively. After the 3rd night, my wife was curious and after explaining what these were, she wanted to try it as well!She’s had a much different experience than me! Every single night, her pads were covered in black toxins and she says she feels much better in the morning...clearer, less sluggish, and more energetic. She’s a petite person so the pads maybe vary depending on the person? Between my rating so far (3 stars) and my wife’s (5 stars), I’m giving this product a 4 until more testing can be completed. Looks like I’ll have to order more so we can continue testing aaa we’re running out with both of us using it. I’ll update the review once we test a little more!P.S. TJ: It would have been great customer service if you provided a free replacement due to the damaged product that I received. Proactive customer service goes a long way in keeping customers and attracting new ones!

I was very interested to try out this product based on the mixed reviews. Some said they saw a significant improvement while some said it was a hoax. I decided to try this product for several days to see whether this product actually removed something from my body or not. I also wanted to know if it impacted my overall wellness.The results are shown in the pictures below with each day’s observation.One thing is certain, the pads definitely removed something from my body. Each day the black substance was less than the day before.Secondly, I did notice an improvement in my sleep.Lastly, and this one is hard to measure, but things did seem clearer after day 3.Overall I give this product a high rating based on it removing toxins and improving my sleep. I imagine the different reviews are due to people reacting differently to the removal of toxins. My recommendation is to try this product for at least 1 week before rating it. At the very least you will remove a lot of gross black substance from your body.

A friend introduced me to these foot patches on a girls trip and I wasn't sure what to think. I decided to buy some when I came home and try them out for a week to see how I felt. I've noticed that my sleep has improved (my anxiety makes it hard for me to fall asleep) and I wake up feeling more refreshed. I love the smell as well. I only wish the adhesive worked a little better and had more stretch to go around your foot. Once I put on a pair of socks it helps the pads stay in place. I don't know if these are really pulling toxins from my body, when I wake up they are black but to be honest I don't care. Anything that will improve my sleep that isn't a prescription drug is fine with me!

I started using foot pads to see what they were all about and if they really work. This is the second brad I've tried. They are similar to the first brand. I don't know if the detoxing part of works (which is why I only gave 4 stars), but I can honestly say I get a good nights sleep when I use them. My sleep schedule doesn't allow me to use them on a consistent nightly basis. But on the nights I can devote 8 to 9 hrs of having them on my feet (for me that's at least 4 nights out of the week), I sleep like a rock.

I was super skeptical buying this product, but I saw an ad somewhere and wanted to try out foot pads to see if they really work. I actually fully expected all the goo that appears on these pads when you take them off but I totally didn't think they would actually make me feel better. I have had joint pain and heaviness in my legs my whole life, when I put these on within 2 days my problems felt like they were gone. After I stopped using them my legs felt super light still. I also want to say it does help you sleep and get rest, it also helps the rest of your body out but I can't really explain how, I felt more positive and rejuvenated but not exactly sure what it does from that standpoint. I think this is a great product and will probably be buying a lot more of these in the future.

For the skeptics, it is logical to me the impurities that show on the bag are genuine as even dental work they tell you to use a tea bag to absorb the bleeding and swelling. So of course if you expose it to air it will pull impurities out of the air as well. I just wish the product was a bit stronger and neck pads offered as well for total lymphatic draining. Very warm and relaxing.

I used them and it works. I also read where they say it doesn't work but this is where I draw the line. Yeah, water may make them turn dark but if that's the case you should get the same results after every use. I put them on for a few days and each day the black stuff was lighter and less goo was on the patch. Skip a few weeks and wear them again and they are again darker turning lighter day by day. If this didn't work you'd get the same result every time in my opinion. It's pulling something out and I do feel better. If it's psychological then I'll take that with the stuff it's obviously pulling out of my body.

This is my second order. I was skeptical about using them but desperate for relief. Seems to have alleviated a lot of my pain and helped me sleep better. Only issues I have is quality control. First order I was shorted packets (hence the second order) and this order all the adhesive pads are stuck together making it difficult to pull them apart with out destroying them.
