Great way to sharpen kitchen knives ,I just wish they would make the roller a little taller for the wider kitchen knives so that you don't have to put a riser or cutting board under the roller to reach the edge of the knife .But it is very easy to use ,a great way to put a quick edge on a knife.

Want to save $70? Then buy this. I almost pulled the trigger on another product that looks just like this one but cost $100-$120. This unit is every bit as good with diamond plate and a ceramic polishing plate plus it comes with a leather strap. It even includes the polishing compound to put on the leather strap! All of this for at least $80 less than what I was going to spend elsewhere. If you want to know how well it works check out my video. Less than 5 minutes of effort. The picture shows what comes in the box. It’s a very good value and a product that works really well.

What can I say? My chefs knife can now shave paper repeatedly and with control. This kit is easy to use and works as advertised. A little awkward to use but you'll get used to it quickly. You either have to point the knife at your body or use your off hand to sharpen the opposite side.

Bought this not know how well it would work. I used it on a fee knifes and it was amazing. Knifes that could hardly cut butter would cut through bone with no problem. The only problem I have is thay is is great for widder knifes, but thinner knifes like peering knifes it is a little more tricky to use. Regardless, would buy again and highly recommend.

It's fine and works for what it is. I've used it for a little over a month now and while it was great at getting knives sharp the 1000 grit disc is already worn down. If you're going to get a rolling sharpener for fun and not really going to be using it much this will be fine. If you're going to be using it a lot, get one where you can replace the discs. **Just in case, I thought 1 of the discs were fixed to the roller but it just unscrews which ever disc is on looser. Turns out you can just pull the shaft straight out of the roller if you need to get the other disc off.

Great sharping stone. Strong and sturdy. Angle accuracy and design. Fast and reliable sharpening.

Does an amazing job and super easy to use

I've tried all styles of sharpeners and this is the best so far....but still not perfect. The stones wear fast. No oil in included for the final stone. And i cannot seem to find replacement stones. It should have a heavier cut more durable stone for profiling and final stone see, to dull the knife more than anything else.
