I've had these candles for a long time. I loved my first set, so I bought another set. I've tried different candles where the batteries constantly needed to be changed. It was very annoying, plus expensive. The batteries last a LONG time with these candles. I've enjoyed these candles so much! They come on around 5 pm which reminds me it's time to get dinner started. Then they go off around 11 pm which reminds me it's time to go to bed. I LOVE these candles because they give a warm feeling to our living room without wasting energy in our gas fireplace! I highly recommend these candles!!!

I loved how bright these are, the fact that they're on a timer is perfect for around my home. I also took these with us to the cabin and they provided the light necessary to see in the dark. These candle set the mood. I would buy these again if I wanted to have a candle light event.

These have a very natural look, and are great on battery life. Great simple controls, OFF - TIMER, perfect. I am not crazy about the screw on base, but they say they are water proof and I think it will hold up. I have noticed on one I can see the wires through the side, but I just turned it a little bit to hide them.

I bought these candles for use during any power outages. I was looking for a basic candle, no remote control and this one fits the bill. It also looks great, flickers like a real candle.Batteries are in a sealed compartment on the bottom so they can be used in wet conditions if needed.I'm not sure about the battery life, when I bought them I set one up to run on its timer function which is on for 6 hours off for 18 hours a day. That was on 2/1/22 and today is 3/11/22. 1,000 hours would take it to 7/17/22, we'll see if it makes it that long :-)******Update 7/13/22***** We have used the one candle more than 6 hours a day on many occasions so we are well beyond 1,000 hours on one set of batteries. The candle is starting to dim and the flicker is weaker but for 1,000 hours I’d say not bad.

These are nice, perfect for a table in a high traffic area. I like them and can't find anything wrong with them.I'm glad we bought them.

I really like these candles! This is the third set that I have ordered. The main thing I like is that the batteries keep going and going! I have them in my fireplace and it is so nice to come home and find them lit.Pros:Very long battery life.They have a nice flicker. Very soothing.Once set, they come on by themselves each day.Cons:Up close they look plastic.They also only stay on for six hours.They don't have a remote.But the long battery life is the best!! I have had these two months, going on each day for six hours and they are still going strong. I will order them again.

I had a different set of candles that used 2AAA batteries. I use rechargeable batteries and had to recharge them every 5 days or so These candles use 2AA batteries and I've had them on the timer every night for at least 5 weeks and they have yet to need recharging. Very pleased with the lovely flickering glow.
