I used it once second time it caught on fire underneath where the gas line enters. When first used, it was beautiful, glass does get extremely hot so make sure there are no kids near it. I did reorder another one and will send this one back. I'm giving it anther shot.

THIS Grisun tabletop fire pit looks amazing on our deck! The 40,000 BTU heat is impressive, and the stainless steel build is both sturdy and stylish. The windproof glass works perfectly, even on windy days. Love it!

DANGEROUS PRODUCT! This was a bit difficult to get lit the first time but once lit we had no problems. The second time we turned it on the flames came pouring out the bottom and up the sides. We had to immediately shut it off. Tried a second time and did the same thing. Singed the hair off my arms and nearly lit our entire table on fire. This product should be pulled from sale!

Good product. Lots of heat ans well made. Only wish the provided propane hose was a cpl feet longer than 4 ft.

Hooked it up and ignited it ccording to directions and it basically blew up. Flames coming out the top two feet high and flames coming out of the bottom. The blow back shut off was useless. The only way to shut it off was to shut down the tank and let it burn out. Products with quality control like this are a disaster waiting to happen. I'm not sure of the damage it caused as of yet because I wanted to get the review out ASAP. Amazon should be ashamed of itself for selling products this poor.

It is beautiful, but a fire started underneath the unit. It did not have instructions. It is not safe and after I bought it the negative reviews showed up. Do not buy this product. I am immediately returning.

I have had a 28 inch one like this and I loved it but I wanted bigger so I ordered this 36 inch unit. Today, I finally set it up. It’s 50,000 BTUs but you can’t turn it up because if you do, it’s so noisy with the rush of air, I guess. I had a little trouble lighting it again, and when it lit, flames shot out from the sides and bottom. I want to return it because I don’t think it’s safe, but I just missed the return window because I was traveling. Not a safe product.
