Good printer for the price. To Add mobile device, install mobile connect and then follow the option in display panel to connect to mobile. Checked the printer quality. Image printing is good and plain text has no issues. Given 4 stars as the manufacture not provided any detailed booklet explaining the available different options and their usage

Very poor and pathetic service. Bought a Brother laser printer from Amazon in December. It stopped working quickly. I’ve called support 5–6 times and every time they just create a new ticket, ask me to wait 7–8 days, and tell me to contact Brother. I bought this from Amazon, not Brother. Customers shouldn’t be forced to run between companies. No one is taking responsibility and the issue is still unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience. I would rather buy from an offline store than deal with this again. Think twice before buying. I strongly regret buying this printer from Amazon.
