Okay, but the (fixing) bar needs to be stronger!
This item is only worth 3 stars. This is because, whilst okay, the (fixing) bar needs to be stronger. Fortunately I'm not putting it under any weight pressure you'd normally find with a fully ladened hanging basket, but if this was the intended purpose I would have returned it.

USED FOR HANGING VESTOON LIGHTS UP ON WAS GREAT NO DRILLING INTO CONCRETE POST, SPACE THEM OUT WORK FINE. WELL MADE WOULD BUY AGAIN, JUST PUSH OVER POST, PERFECT.
