Is this suitable to use on my one year olds face?

I'm not expert but I would try a tiny amount on just a small part of the face and see if you see a reaction, like if see red or a spot, this LRP line is for sensitive skin with panthenol but better to be sure with toddlers.

Is this a genuine product?

As far as I can tell it looks genuine. It's not the version with the lip applicator it has a thin nozzle for you to put product on your finger and apply to your lips. Hope that helps. I'll try to load photo into a review
