Really versatile pelvic wand!
I purchased this pelvic wand to help with pelvic pain and dilation. Previously, I had been using dilators and a non-vibrating pelvic wand, both of which helped a lot, but as I increased through my dilator set, I had trouble and had heard that vibration can help relax the pelvic muscles. The wand comes with a little pouch for travel, as well as a charging cord. It charges quickly and lights up when plugged in -- really easy to just plug it in overnight and it'll last you a while. Both sides are a bit larger than the other pelvic wand I own, so I would say if you have penetrative pain, it's good to have already be comfortable with some smaller dilators before using it internally (but you can definitely use it externally to help release trigger points!) Compared to the dilators and wand I owned before, this one feels a lot less rigid and almost squishy on the outside, which I think is really helpful. It has a few different vibration frequencies; the options are the same on each side but you can put each side on a different setting simultaneously. It is quite flexible, so it can accommodate whatever curvature is most comfortable to you. The vibration, especially on lower settings, is pretty easy to get used to, and I think has helped with reducing a pain response from "foreign" stimulation. The shape at the tip is a bit larger, which is particularly good for targeting the entrance muscles that can cause the most pain for vaginismus. Overall just a really good tool to have if you suffer from pelvic pain, whether being used to help relax you before dilating or more directly for stretching the muscles.

Good for hold-and-release technique in PT
I've struggled with vaginismus since my teenage years, and after finally seeing a pelvic floor therapist, I started working on trigger point massage using the hold-and-release technique. My PT and therapist recommended getting a pelvic wand for at-home practice to help me feel more in control of my body. After researching various options, I chose the VWELL Flexible Pelvic Perineal Wand, and after four months of use, I can confidently say it has been an excellent investment.Ease of UseThe design of the VWELL wand is incredibly intuitive and beginner-friendly. Its ergonomic shape makes it easy to hold and maneuver, and the flexibility allows for gentle yet effective pressure on trigger points. Compared to other options I considered, this wand feels much less bulky, which makes the experience less intimidating.Material & QualityThe material is smooth, medical-grade silicone that feels gentle on the skin. It’s sturdy but has just enough flexibility to make positioning comfortable. The softer teal color also gives it a calming, non-clinical appearance, which I appreciate—especially compared to some bolder-colored alternatives that felt too harsh or impersonal.Features & EffectivenessThe shape and curve of the wand are perfect for targeting trigger points without unnecessary strain. It has significantly improved my ability to practice at home, making my PT sessions more effective. Over time, I’ve noticed increased comfort and confidence, which is a huge milestone in my journey with vaginismus. The ability to work at my own pace in a familiar setting has been invaluable.Cleaning & MaintenanceCleaning is simple—warm water and mild soap are enough, and the non-porous silicone ensures hygiene. I recommend drying it thoroughly before storing it in a clean, dry place.Overall ExperienceThis product has made a significant impact on my pelvic floor therapy routine. It has given me a sense of control over my progress, reduced discomfort, and allowed me to practice self-care in a way that feels safe and manageable. If you're considering a pelvic wand for similar reasons, I highly recommend this one—especially if you prefer a sleek, comfortable design without unnecessary bulk.Final Verdict: 5/5 – Thoughtfully designed, effective, and a great companion for pelvic floor therapy.

easy to use and discrete
When I received this product in the box it came with the wand , a couple of instructions, a charger and a discrete pouch for the wand. You must charge the product at first before use. I deal with pelvic floor dysfunction including vaginismus and rectocele as diagnosed by my colorectal surgeon. I have been through pelvic floor pt and have done multiple exercises to treat my hypertonic pelvic floor but unfortunately pelvic floor tools were never implemented into my therapy. Now since taking things on my own I've been using these devices for pain and discomfort hoping to allow a bit more function to my life. I like how the wand has two different sizes the smaller side and the larger side, the vibrations come in a wide range as well. The only downside to the product are the buttons, if you problems with your hands the buttons can be a bit hard to push and control. Overall this product is amazing and I'd recommend it to women without any pelvic floor issues as well.

First degree tear and one tiny stitch
Even if this wasn’t the key to my low injury birth experience, it’s worth buying just in case it was. I’ll use it again to prep for any future labors

Best pelvic wand ever!
I’ve been dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction for over a year now, I deal with bladder pain/urge as a result of this as well. I’ve used all the tools, dialators and wands, plus weekly PT. The shape, the flexibility, the larger end, and the double vibration settings are amazing on this tool. It’s so much better than the other wands out there and less expensive! So happy I have this tool a shot. It’s helping to relief some pelvic floor tension and I hope will help me continue to heal.

A great tool for PFD
This has been immensely helpful in my struggle with pelvic floor disfunction. It reaches parts that require work that I can’t on my own. My therapist even recommends them.
