Easy to make.....even easier to eat!
Made beautiful cakes for my granddaughter's birthday. Non-coeliacs said they were nicer than gluteny ones. Easy to make and the option to make them vegan friendly too.

Grainy and unpalatable
I love carrot cake and I was looking forward to using this mix since it contains coconut sugar opposed to cane sugar and can be made vegan as well as being gluten-free. I followed the instructions and the first time found it too oily (I used a solid block opposed to liquid oil the first time). Made a second batch a couple of weeks later and found it grainy. Both times it tasted grainy but the second time was even worse. Either way, it was not a good result even following the instructions to the letter. When I am able I will bag up my own mix since I have coconut sugar to be able to grab when I get the urge to bake. I don't recommend this mix.

I’m used to gluten free BUT this was awful 😢
I’ve been gluten free since I was 18 I’m now 43. I was so excited to get this. We followed the instructions to the letter yet the mixture was watery and the cakes when cooked tasted odd and it was very grainy I can only explain it like there was to much bicarbonate not that there was any or I used any. Very odd taste wouldn’t buy again. They’re also fall apart very easily this was sown thorn that gluten free products suffered from back when they first came out but now they can hold a structure. So this was very weird and disappointing.

Absolutely vile, go for the Betty Crocker or Doves Farm ranges instead!!
Oh.. my… goodness.I love carrot cake and was so excited to try this being gluten free one. The excitement however, was very short lived.I baked this cake following the instructions diligently and had to throw it out immediately. It smelled and tasted like vomit. I though perhaps cooking process might help, but no, alas it only made it worse, and filled my kitchen with the delightful pungent smell of the freshers week toilets at a university.By bravery or stupidity, I regretted trying it immediately, vomit aftertaste aside, the burning sensation in my throat lasted a good half hour.I triple checked the date and it was fine, all ingredients added also fine. The subsequent Doves farm cake i baked afterwards with the same oil, butter etc was delightful. Just don’t buy it.
