I enjoyed the plot, and the description of spinning and yarns. Loved the pattern and recipe! I enjoy this author's work.

I first came across this author, when my husband found 2 in a Charity shop.. Then I ordered more titles from Amazon.As usal your prompt service was excellent. The books continue to delight my husband and myself. You can return to them the second time around with equal pleasure.

Ich liebe diese Serie rund um Kelly Flynn und den Strickladen "The House of Lambspun".Es ist leichte Literatur mit ein wenig Spannung und vielen Bezügen zu Woll- und Strickbegeisterung.Im Vordergrund steht Kelly mit ihren Gewohnheiten, ihrem Freundeskreis und ihrem Hang zum "Schnüffeln". Sie geht den Dingen gerne auf den Grund und klärt so eher nebenbei Verbrechen auf.Wer hier einen spannenden Krimi erwartet wird mit Sicherheit enttäuscht. Für mich liegt der besondere Reiz der Serie in seinem Bezug zum Stricken. Wer strickbegeistert ist wird hier immer wieder auf Verhaltensweisen und Handlungen treffen, die ihm nur allzu vertraut sind.Dies ist Band 4 der Serie.

J'avais acheté ce livre en me disant que 1. j'aime les romans policiers et que 2. j'aime le tricot. Peut-être ai-je été déçue pour avoir tout simplement trop attendu de ce livre. Certes l'anglais est simple, mais j'ai trouvé l'enquête peu palpitante et ce même si c'est parce que je ne pouvais abandonner la lecture sans connaître le coupable que j'ai persévéré jusqu'à la dernière page. Les personnages sont malheureusement sans relief et l'écrit sans profondeur, ni humour ni émotions. Bref, je ne pense pas que je lirai un autre livre de cette série.
