I've tried the first full pill and in about 30 minutes I felt weird as if my head was high or stoned a little and my nose got kinda blocked. My breathing was a bit different than normal. I'm not sure how effective they are. The difference they make may be psychosomatic. You hope they'll work so give credit to them if it looks like they may do. They're not as good as viagra but worth trying at least once for the price. I don't think the effect, if any, lasts long, so obviously not very strong. For me the side effect several hours later was something akin to muscle cramp in my legs. This was quite painful for a time affecting my sleep. When I stopped taking them the cramp stopped too. That's the reason I won't buy any more, but they may work better for others.
