For my personal music listening I have a set of Sony XM6 headphones that I love BUT I just got these Yealink over the ear ANC headphones with extendable boom mic and had I picked these up before my Sony’s I may not have bought my Sony headphones. These Yealink headphones are AWESOME. Best headphones I’ve ever had for work. These are so easy to use! It will take you less than ten minutes to pair them to your phone, turn them on, have music playing and learn the button configuration. It’s that simple. I now just keep these on almost all day in my office because they are that comfortable. These are wireless and I use just a long USB C charging cord for charging so cord length really isn’t an issue. So in conclusion the sound is great, charge time is fast, charged run time 30 hours plus, the ear muffs are very well padded and comfortable, overall build quality and functionality are exceptional! What else is there to say? One set of headphones that are good enough for daily listening and work…perfect.

These are flipping fantastic. I work from home in the basement with my kids yelling upstairs and the air handler and dehumidifier running. This eats all the noise and sounds great for thinking tunes. I spend 3-4 hours a day on Teams calls and they never fail, they always work. I love these headphones, they're expensive, but worth it. Buy these!

I will say first, these are very comfortable. Much more so that the Bose Comfort. However, their service is non-existent. The only way to contact a live person is through sales. Warranty service is bot only. I'm stuck with a unit that is alternating between being on in noise cancelling mode and it turning itself off. This is occurring every few seconds if plugged in. Fortunately, at the moment, if operating wirelessly it's not doing that but I suspect this is temporary. I'm also unable to register the device on their site as they require a SN. The only way to find a SN is to connect it to the App. However, the app has never worked and doesn't recognize the device. Since I don't have a SN, I can't register it, without registering it, I can't make a warranty claim. I'm stuck with a device that's failing and there is no way to service it. At this point it's $200 down the drain. BTW, I exchanged the first unit as defective. Since then, I got about 3 months out of it before it starting dying. About 3 months ago it started periodically turning off noise cancelling and turning itself off. Now it's doing this plus alternating between turning itself off and turning back on noise cancelling. If you buy this, get the Assurian warranty.

The Yealink BH76 Plus Bluetooth headset Is a feature rich Bluetooth headset that is aimed at serious home users and professionals alike. The plus model is very comfortable. It's noise cancelling is superb and it also has options to configure for ambient sound. I was amazed how easily it paired with the dongle and connected the computer and the phone. Right now, I am dictating this review with my Yealink BH76 Plus headset. This headphone is a solid built design and very comfortable. I have used it as long as 8 hours and I didn't even realize that I was wearing it. The Yearling PH-76 Plus stands out as a good choice among the wide selection of headsets out available today. I highly recommend it for someone who's looking for a very Powerful headset.

This has been a great headset. It allows me to connect to my yealink phone at work, and my pc so I can simultaneously hear incoming email notifications and music as well as phone calls. It has noise cancelling which works well, but for some reason it pauses my music when certain noises in my environment happen (for example the sound of the ac kicking on). No idea why. The battery life lasts more than one full work day for all day phone calls/ music etc. Unfortunately, my headset just stopped producing sound in the left ear. I can't figure out why, and it does not appear to be a setting issue as its happening across all devices. It lasted me 1 year and 9 months. I don't think the price is worth that length of time, but I did enjoy this headset while it lasted. Update: I googled and found out the warranty is for 2 years. I have put in a warranty claim and they have agreed to replace it. Will update once received Update: I received the replacement and it works perfectly. I am hoping it will last longer than the first one

I was skeptical of this item at first, but am very pleased at how long the charge lasts, and the audio/voice quality is great. Quality well worth the cost, and it's super easy to use (just don't forget the connector if you use it with multiple computers). It's not too heavy, and the ear pads are comfortable and large enough that they do not put any pressure on my ears. Highly recommend!

I bought this Yealink BH76 Plus Bluetooth Headset for work exactly 2 months ago (to the day). I was hoping to be able to connect to my job's phone system, while also still listening to music or podcasts from my personal phone, while blocking out the usually loud office chatter as most sites seemed to say the 2 were compatible. Well I found out my job's phone system (Genesys Cloud) blocks any other device connecting at the same time, and IT didn't know how to bypass that. Fortunately, but the headset comes with a 2nd set of ear cushions, so I was hoping to put my personal earbud on one side to still be able to have my personal phone play and my work phone on. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortable. Whatever so I went back to what I was already doing before I bought the headset. I will say the sound quality on input and output is impeccable! The battery life is petty good too, I charged it 2x/wk but it never died. I like that the carrying case makes it easier to treat the headset gently. Also it has really good range... I've tested it probably at 50ft and the call was still clear. This is the big bummer...I went to grab my headset this morning for work and it wouldn't turn on. I thought that was odd, because I just pulled it off the charger, and it wasn't a low battery yesterday... maybe 70-80%. I tried all different combinations to troubleshoot it - pressed button combos, held buttons, switched the charger multiple times, let it sit off the charge unbothered... nothing is working! I went online to try to troubleshoot it, which I can't seem to find a clear answer on fixing that it won't charge or turn on. The company support is unnecessarily overcomplicated. I feel like i tried to buy a quality headset, but wasted my money. It's only been 2 months and I've been so careful, but now it's literally just junk.

The headphone quality is very nice. However, the voice isolation doesn't work with every call. The microphone picks up background noise on every other call I have to take. I thought that it was an automatic voice isolation system. Also, it said that retracting my microphone would mute the mic but it does not. Is there some software that I am supposed to be using to enable those features? my understanding was this was plug and play. what would cause the mics to no longer isolate sound?
