I love the way this helps me endure. I bought this to help with my menopause and it is great to help not feel so wipped out.

I was surprised at how much energy increased off just 1 tablet. I am anemic and have hypothyroidism. I'm allergic to coffee, so I need a little extra boost. Pair this with B12 and you're good to go. It also helps with my cravings, too. Not sure if it is supposed to do that, but it's just what I noticed for me.

Caps are huge, but I can open them up and they dissolve well in liquids

Haven't noticed any strength decrease or increases but I'm trying to lose some poundage as well. Muscle have remained full and hard especially the larger groups lats and pecs.

I got this because I take Creatine for the possible benefits it may have with my cognitive health especially my memory. Later in the day I take it in gummy form. But in the morning before my exercise ( which I also like Creatine for) I like to start with Zero carbs ( or close to it as I can) and I prefer capsule form of Creatine. This brand I am happy to see legitimately third party lab tested their Creatine and for me 'personally' that is the first time I have seen that with a Creatine brand. Also unlike many other brands that claim this type of testing with some supplements, there is no need to ask to see it ( the test) since the seller has the picture of the results posted right here on the seller page. A total nothing to hide and clear transparency approach which I like seeing with the the companies I use for my supplement needs. Too consider this is listed as a small business which I love to support and they incurred the additional expense for this testing. Do note on this test the capsule weight of creatine came in at 961 mgs ! Very impressive IMO. I like to get at least two grams in the morning of Creatine and it appears with three of these capsules I am easily there. With 300 capsules in this bottle that will last me for a while no doubt. I never notice anything when taking Creatine and just hope it's doing it's deal like many of the studies have claimed to have possibly observed. I had no sides with this brand and I absolutely love knowing with the third party lab test results that I am getting the real deal. Good Luck and I hope this was Helpful !
