I generally spend a few hours reviewing differences products and their reviews before making a purchase. In most cases it helps and means that I’m happy with my purchase. This is definitely the case with this duvet cooling blanket that I used for my 17 lb cooling weighted blanket that’s inside, too. It helps me sleep, and feels cool and soft against my skin. My daughter also loves to come and nestle in with me as we talk, or watch shows and movies. Great purchase, with zero regrets.

This is amazing!! It is soothing to sleep with and it keeps me comfortable and both cool and warm. It covers me with room to spare at 5’ 6”. It allows me to wash it every few months when I feel it is dirty. The small bag that came with is flimsy and easily broke; but the blanket itself if wonderful

We bought this for our flex head king bed. We were always too hot because we had to many blankets. We both love the weight of blankets but not the heat. Problem = solved. This is nice looking, warm enough to be comfy, but breathable enough to not roast us. It repels dog hair (yay!), and has a nice feel. We do tuck in the foot of the quilt because with the weight if someone is a blanket hog the weight of the blanket will drag it off the bed. 10/10 would recommend

So, I bought this weighted blanket with palpable skepticism as pretty much everything else I tried to help me get more sleep in general, but also more deep sleep. As a small digression, I have not slept a full night in excess of 25 years, no MATTER what I tried, did, supplements/meds I took, things I eliminated, purchasing odd gadgets that supported sleep, purchasing emf blocking devices and light-blocking shade, etc. The list goes on- truly! I would awake no less than 10-12 times per night, and sometimes would not sleep for a few days before extreme exhaustion set in, then I'd get a whopping 4 hours and think I had won the lottery! I walked around like a zombie, and cannot truly explain how I even functioned at work or with my family. I stopped doing things as a means to make sure I get the sleep routine down pat, which incidentally never happened.Anyhow, in the summer of 2021, I bought this weighted blanket and the duvet cover, and set it aside for a long while because I didn't want to get excited again for another "cure-all antidote for sleep issues". When I finally opened it to use it, it took me months to adjust to it. It certainly was not an easy transition. But slowly I noticed something, I was indeed waking up less. That is a success in my book! Here I am, almost 2 years out from the purchase, and I cannot sleep without this blanket. I am Linus from the Peanuts Gang with a weighted blanket, and it comes with me everywhere. No, did it cure me of sleep problems- no! I still had to tweak a few things else, but this blanket MADE A HUGE impact on my sleep! Now, I still wake up at 11 pm and 3:45 am (and get back to sleep relatively quickly, all things considered). And it still takes me a bit to shake out the "groggies", but this is a remarkable improvement for me! I love this blanket and am half-tempted to purchase another, but they are a bit pricey.I love the cooling in the summer, and the duvet helps with putting extra layers on in the winter for warmth! Without the duvet, other covers slip and slide all night long. I definitely recommend this blanket, but please know, it may not be the only thing you need to put into your sleep repertoire.

I had a weighted blanket before this one, but it made me sweat too much and the beads shifted every time I moved it. This one solves both of those problems.Obviously it’s not perfectly cooling since it’s 15 lbs, but I can cover my entire body without overheating with the air conditioner set to 74. It’s a complete improvement in every way over my last one and I can use it all night for my restless legs and periodic limb movements!

I'm a "high functioning" autistic adult and occasionally have meltdowns/shutdowns. I have been wanting a weighted blanket for years and finally bit the bullet after a recent meltdown. It arrived today and I have nothing but good things to say. I bought the 15 lb bamboo blanket and it is SO SOFT/SMOOTH and definitely cooling. Texture is a huge deal for me and I was nervous it wouldn't feel good or have a texture that catches on dry skin, kind of like how sherpa or microfiber can do. Not at all! No catching on dry skin.I laid down on the couch to test out the weight of the blanket over my whole body and, I kid you not, I was asleep within minutes. I wasn't even trying to take a nap! The whole-body pressure feels really good and I know it will be helpful the next time I have a hard day and my husband isn't available to give me a hug while he watches the kids. So, so grateful for this and excited to use it more.
