Q: Will this work with penny tile floor?

Q abt your penny tile floor. I just got penny tile floor and water drain completely, wondering if it’s a Penny tile or if it’s installation that is not correct. Please advise.

No, it cover over on the drain hole.

Q: Is there good suction

This is basically a metal center covered with rubber which continues outward to the edge. It does not suction in place but sits over the drain opening and catches most of the hair on the top. Any that slips under snags on the ridges and stays attached to the disk. Very little if any slips down the drain.
