The printer was easy to install and set up. It connected quickly and started working straight away. After the initial setup, connecting it through a mobile phone is very simple, and you can operate it entirely from your phone. The only limitation is that mobile scanning supports a maximum of 300 dpi, but that is more than enough for regular use. The scanned documents are clear and high quality. Once the printer is turned on, it is instantly ready to connect via mobile without doing anything. Since it is a monochrome laser printer, it is best suited for black-and-white documents, not photos. If a document is mostly text but contains a photo, the photo quality suffers significantly — it can become very dark and almost unrecognizable. Adjusting contrast or density may improve the photo slightly, but it can affect the clarity of the text. So, this printer is mainly designed for text documents rather than photo printing. The scanner supports up to A4 size. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to align the document perfectly, especially when trying to capture the entire page for copying. A better approach is to scan the document first, check the alignment, and then make a photocopy. The printer’s sensors work very well and clearly indicate issues like paper jams, an empty tray, or other problems. Overall, it is a good purchase — a complete multifunction monochrome Wi-Fi laser printer that works reliably for documents and everyday printing needs. Also, printing at 300 dpi gives the best results in my experience. It produces sharp and clear text. If the text size is very small, using a higher dpi setting can sometimes make it look blurry or less clean instead of improving the quality. The box is quite heavy (around 15 kg), so make sure your delivery service can handle heavy items at your location before ordering. This may be a problem in some rural areas where deliveries are often done by bike, making it difficult for delivery personnel to carry heavier packages. It's good for home or personal use where one mostly needs it for documents and notes printing. I didn't find any other printer with all these features at this price range, so its a good value for money.

No need to call technician to install to get guarantee for the product. Simple procedure you can install yourself. Duplex printing helps to save papers, but available only for documents. Not for snaps etc. I opted for table top scanner, instead of line scanner, so a bit costly. It is usefull if you have to scan part of a book. Original cartridge is also moderately priced. Using wifi conectivity you can directly take print out from mobiles and other wifi gadgets. Compact size when you consider all its multi operation facilities. One draw back is after the required softwares are installed, if you move the icons to a folder in the desktop then it does not recognise them, then again install option occurs when you click them from inside the folders. So you have to leave all 3 icons on desktop.

If you want wifi option this will destroy your money. If you wanna download software for this miserable machine for windows it will finish your data and again ask for new download, even if you download the software successfully it will never show the user interface... What a miserable machine this is... Print quality is good, no interface to print as we expect, just use it as a xerox machine. No proper guidance. Waste of money and time.

Printer is good, service person came and made installation, very nice product

Good printer, have used it for around 3 months. Image printing quality is not good, image gets darkened and unrecognisable.
