My 9 year old approves
I got this seat for my 9 year old. His huffy BMX style bike came with a really bad, hard seat that hurt him. It took all of 2 minutes to change over to this seat and he was off and riding in no time. He now wants to ride his bike all the time instead of having me drive him over to his friend's house a few blocks away.

Sporty, inexpensive seat, (if you don't weigh too much.)
The new Bike Seat by Mjkeomo came this afternoon, and because I like bikes, I wasted no time in putting it on! To put it on my 1999 Specialized Hard Rock Comp, I began by removing the old seat, w/ the Quick Release (QR) clamp. Note first, the bike riders / your old seat position. Pull the seat and bar out of your bike's frame, and note the existing seat attachment arrangement on your old seat. You can try putting a piece of tape on the post to mark the height. You may want to use the same seat post and clamp, on your new seat, and if so, as I did, unscrew any mounting screw(s) - mine was a big Hex Wrench, and I say the seat to seat clamp location, to better get the new seat in the same position. With the seat upside down on your lap, transfer any components, being careful to grease any bolts, and start them by hand, to avoid cross-threading. Once the seat is mounted to the seat post, at about the previous height, put the entire struture back into the bike's Seat Tube, and tighten the QR clamp, or whatever clamp you do have. Then wash your hands, any prints off the seat, take a picture, and carefully and slowly sit down on it. It may feel softer to your hand, than it does to your behind, depending on your weight. Not soft enough? One option is a seat cover - though this raises the seat height some, so not an option if your seat is already down as far as it can go. If the seat moves some when you sit on it, get back up, and check its bolt(s) for looseness. The clamp may have shifted under your weight, and may require loosening, adjusting the seat frame / parts, and retightening. The center of the seat is hollow - for air flow. I think it makes the seat less cushioning, but I'll ride it on my 3 mile ride, each way, and see if I hurt by the time I get there. Take along the wrenches it takes to adjust the seat, on at least your first ride.

Big improvement from an old seat
This gel-cushioned bike saddle is replacing a much harder rubber seat and it's already so much more pleasant to ride that bike. There was a small concern that the stem wouldn't fit; however, after removing the interior attachment mechanism on the new seat and utilizing the original attachment that came with the bike, it fits perfectly.I really like that there's a dip in the middle as it's much more comfortable than the flat top of the old one. The width is about the same and feels appropriate for a mixed-use bike: probably not sleek enough for racing, nor wide enough for a very large person, but perfect for casual road and path usage for the average rider.Haven't tested it in the rain or bright sun as I store my bikes inside, but the material feels like it will hold up. It doesn't make your butt slide off the seat but it also doesn't offer too much potentially chafing friction. Overall, I'm really happy with this saddle!

nice bike seat, comfortable
Good quality, very comfortable. Appears well made and durable. It's easy to install with 2 bolts to tighten. no need to mess with the clamp or to readjust the height after installation. It's much more comfortable than the stock seat I had on my bike before.I would recommend

Very Comfortable Seat; Easy to Adjust
Looking for a new bike seat as my seat has been worn out by use (and I've toppled the bike a couple times which has damaged the seat). Hoping to find something that is more comfortable and compatible was my goal as I want to get back to biking the trails around my home. This bike seat was tightened on the bike frame without too much trouble. There was easy to understand instructions so I was able to adjust the seat to my comfort and tighten as needed. After riding around the neighborhood I noticed the gel seat was extremely comfortable and I hardly felt any bumps on the road.Overall, it took less then 30 minutes and my bike is ready to ride the trails. This bike seat is definitely going to be used often this summer. I'd recommend this item to anyone who is looking for a bike seat that's comfortable riding your bike.

Good saddle at a great price
I've been riding narrow saddles for years with no problems but the seat that came with my new e-bike was just a little too thin to bear. This saddle was an excellent choice to replace it.While it look sleek and aerodynamic like a road racing saddle, it feels more like a touring saddle. The gel padding is soft and very comfortable and the center cutout relieves pressure and prevents numbness. The seat cover material feels smooth but still durable enough to stand up to long-term use.Overall, this is a very comfortable saddle at a great price. Recommended.
