Amazing value compared to Remarkable alternatives, but may still splurge in the future.
The price really can't be beat - Remarkable really charges you an arm and a leg for the pens and the cases. $20 vs. $79 for the regular and $129 for the book is a no brainer. The quality is great, it looks expensive, and the sleeve for the pen has never failed me, and seems much more secure than how Remarkable's own sleeves secure the pen. My only gripe is the process of inserting and removing the tablet, but only because of how light Remarkable 2 is. With the tablet at 14 oz and the case at 11 oz, holding it up to read goes from effortless to slightly uncomfortable. I haven't had any real trouble snapping it in and out of the tablet, but obviously not as easy as Remarkable's slide in folio or magnetic book folio. Just something to keep in mind if cost is less of an option for other Remarkable users.

Itโs okayโฆ
Itโs a good case with decent quality for the price. It looks good and is true to color that you see advertised. Lightweight and easy to carry, also easy to put in and remove from the case. What I donโt like about it is how bulky it is when the pen is in the holder. Obviously nothing lays flat with itโฆwhich is my fault - I should have known that would happen.

Fits great and love the stylus holder
The case fits the remarkable2 extremely well. It clipped in perfectly and feels secure. I like that I can fold the cover to the back like I do with a spiral notebook, and it sits flat for a great writing experience. I also like that there is a sleeve on the back of the cover that fits a stylus, securely, so when I throw it in my bag, I don't have to worry about the stylus getting knocked loose. It is a minimal cover and I haven't dropped it yet, but I feel that it protects my device for what I need it to do.

Good case but corners broke off with very light use
I've had this case for 7 months and my reMarkable stays on my desk 99% of the time and isn't used that frequently, so isn't moved around much at all, yet somehow the two outside corners have broken off. One broke off a couple of months ago and today I found a small piece of plastic from the other corner. While the sides still grip and hold the device in place it'd be nice if the corners had been a bit stronger. Now I have to jagged corners.

Looks great and fits well
I received this today and my reMarkable 2 snapped snuggly into place. The gray case looks great and feels sturdy. It appears that they have stopped putting their logo on the case and I feel that adds to the sleek, professional look I was going for. It should be noted that this case DOES have magnets to hold it closed, but they are not very strong magnets. After some research, I am glad that the magnets are weak because there are reports that strong magnets can cause areas of the canvas display to stop working.

Great Substitute for the reMarkable Case
Although I may be the chump that bought a $400 reMarkable, Iโll never be the chump that pays $165 for a leather folio, which is how much it costs on their site for a proprietary cover. I found this case on Amazon for a fraction of the cost and decided to give it a shot. Originally, I was skeptical that I would keep this for 2 reasons: 1) the pen holder is on the back of the case 2) the reMarkable is held in place by a snap-on machanism rather than magnets. After a week of use, however, Iโm happy to say that neither of my original worries ended up being valid. For starters, I do not use the pen holder on the back of the case. Even tho this case covers the edge of the reMarkable, the pen is still able to magnetically attach to the side of the device with enough strength to keep it in place pretty firmly. As for the snap-on case rather then magnetic, I have come to appreciate it. Unlike the magnetic cases, which expose the edges of the device to falls and bumps (I know, it looks so cool though), this case actually protects the edges, which I have found invaluable. After a week of using this case, I will definitely be keeping it. The quality feels good enough. The protection it offers is the best out of any case Iโve seen. The magnetic pen still sticks to the device through the case. Iโm a happy customer 10/10 EDIT: After a couple weeks of light use (never left my bedroom) the hard plastic part that holds the remarkable snapped from me simply resting my hand on it while I write. Unbelievable. Although it felt high quality, it obviously wasnโt. Hindsight is 20/20. Go with another option

Holds and protects
I like the versatility of be able to use it as a stand. I like the fact that the tablet is held in and corners are somewhat protected. I do not however like the pen holder, I may have placed this somewhere else or thought of a different holder. It makes it bulky. I have to push it in and the material changes, so it catches there. All and all a wonderful case at a steller price.

Not for me, butโฆ
I have a Type Folio and I was looking for a case to use when I wanted to cut down on weight and knew I wouldn't need a keyboard. This case feels really nice, and it holds the tablet very snuggly. It's so snug that it almost feels like you're bending the tablet removing it. I was looking for something that I could move between easily, but would still hold the tablet well and give it some production. If you are looking to put the tablet in a case, and leave it there semi--permanently, then you might like this one. One thing I noticed though, is that PDFs on the tablet are upside down in landscape mode, but they are right side up using the Type Folio. That seems more like a problem with the tablet, but maybe a new firmware version will fix it.

No magnet. Incorrectly described
My case has no magnet in the cover. It does not stay closed as advertised. The tablet holder is from hard plastic so I am hesitant if any damage will occur to the remarkable. I expected more based on the reviews.

Keeps the ReMarkable safe.
Fits perfect and because the device is thin, well worth the investment l.
