I use these to portion out bulk animal food for easier dispensing. They've held up well for the last month or so with daily use, multiple times. The boxes have a good seal, snapping in place. I've not tried anything with liquid. They clean well and nest nicely. I personally like the shaded plastic tops because light spoils food more quickly. These would work well for lunches, leftovers, dry goods or even supplies storage. Worthwhile purchase and a good value.

They stack into the large container so it's great for storage when not being used. They are stainless steel but I haven't tested them in the microwave yet (they're supposed to be OK for 5 minutes in the microwave)
