Great quality mat, my two previous mats disintegrated after a couple of hiit workouts but this is still like brand new - definitely recommend!

Ce tapis est vraiment très mou et épais, ce qui le rend très agréable, on a jamais mal quand on fait des exercices dessus, mais on manque parfois de stabilité
