Very poor quality
Look and feel good. Stopped working with in 3 months of purchase. No home service available under warranty. Had to take to a service centre even after a week very casual response.

Useless
This thing is useless for anything other than dust and hair. Anything heavier doesn’t get sucked in easily on Auto and falls out when turned off. I have a cat and this vacuum SUCKS but not like it is supposed to; it struggles to vacuum up cat litter and then when it is off all the litter falls out. Gets hot easily and runs out of battery quickly on high. I should have gone for Dyson instead of this garbage

Didnt work
The product didnt work. The manual was very substandard and nothing worked. The digital display was confusing. With no buttons and touch not working. Spent hrs to understand and i finally returned it. The other videos in the review is missleading as they are not of zoom turbo. Be watchful of that. Disappointed from a company likr Kent with so poor manual and operating instruction.

THE REMOVABLE BATTERIES IS A THOUGHTFUL DESIGN (NOT AVAILABLE IN MANY OTHER BRANDS)
Specs are impressive. Very important aspect is that the Batteries are removable. It means we can use the Vacuum cleaner for longer durations by exchanging drained batteries with the charged ones.
