A waste of money & not worth it!
I am writing this review after using this smartwatch for one month. As my first smartwatch, I have to say I’m quite disappointed. Initially, it used to measure my heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep, and stress even when I wasn't wearing it. However, after filing a complaint, the issues with heart rate and blood oxygen were resolved. Now, the smartwatch monitors sleep and stress when placed on a table, but the stress level it shows is much higher than when I wear it on my wrist, where it claims I'm "relaxed" even when I'm very stressed! This is quite ridiculous! Regarding sleep monitoring, it seems to track how long the table itself is “sleeping.” It even monitors the stress levels of my water bottle, table, air, and whatnot! I honestly have no words because I don't want to get canceled for expressing my frustration! As for the custom watch faces, it's a scam! They ask you to get the premium to use custom watch faces and see your health progress. I purchased it, but I'm still facing issues after setting up a custom watch face—it only shows a black screen. NoiseFit’s customer service was responsive at first, but now they seem unresponsive, leaving me with this useless, frustrating smartwatch.
