SOOOOOO BRIGHT!!
I have a good collection of M18 tools and batteries. And I like having plenty of work lights around for any sort of project that is done at night, in dark spaces, or when the power is turned off. Does that make this product a match made in heaven? YES!!This light designed specifically for Milwaukee M18 power tool batteries. If you do not have those batteries & chargers already, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Batteries and chargers are priced crazy and you usually get them in bundles with tools anyway. You'd think that was clear from the light's product description, but just clarifying a point made in a separate review...This is for people who already have M18 batteries on hand. It does not run backwards if you plug a power supply into the USB connections.OK disclaimer aside, this thing is great! It's made of lightweight materials in China but feels strong enough to hold up to sitting on a workbench and throwing off some light. It is not Milwaukee branded. It slides on/off the battery perfectly. The light can pivot around, up/down, and has a toggle switch that lets you select BRIGHT, REALLY DAMN BRIGHT, and OFF. ("I, II, and O")There are a couple USB ports on the side that allow you to charge a phone or device at the expense of discharging the M18 battery. Seems like a valuable tradeoff if you were on a job site that didn't have power yet but you wanted to juice up your phone.Only CON that I could identify? It gets pretty hot. After a few minutes on the REALLY DAMN BRIGHT setting, the cooling fins on the back of the light were toasty to the touch and showing 120-125F on the thermometer. Don't think this is something you'd necessarily want to use in an attic with old blown insulation, or maybe not around any other project where it would be in contact with anything flammable. That one shortfall aside, this is a really bright tool for anyone who has already invested heavily in the Milwaukee M18 line and could use another shop lantern.

What I Love and Hate about the wokelux LED Work Light
In my experience, it has far more pros than cons, and at $20, it is a great value.Pros:1. Compatibility with Major Brand Batteries: The wokelux 76W 10000LM LED Work Light is compatible with major brand batteries (specifically Milwaukee) which is my favorite feature. This strategy should be adopted more widely in my opinion. Tools, like this worklight or any others, with uncommon batteries can become worthless when the battery fails, and it is highly inconvenient to manage odd batteries.I verified that this work light will function with both OEM Milwaukee batteries and knock-off (compatible) Milwaukee batteries. The trend of making quality cordless power tools and accessories that arecompatible with Milwaukee, DeWalt, or Makita batteries is growing. It’s a fantastic trend, and I certainly prefer to buy cordless tools that are compatible with these major battery brands.2. High Brightness: Offers two levels of brightness with 10000 lumens, providing ample light for various tasks, including outdoor projects and emergency situations.3. Dual Charging Ports: Equipped with USB-A and Type-C ports, it turns your normal power tool battery into a power bank / charging station. It supports the charging of multiple devices like phones or cameras, making it versatile on job sites without power.4. Adjustable Design: The light can pivot in multiple directions and has a hanger handle for different mounting options.5. Heat Dissipation: Features a multi-layered hollow groove design for effective heat dissipation, contributing to a longer lifespan.6. Low Voltage Protection: Includes a low-voltage protection chip to prevent over-draining the battery, adding an important layer of safety. I have seen other products make battery-related safety claims, but upon examination they lacked a circuit board, which is required to implement those claimed features. As you can see in my photo, this product clearly contains a circuit board. My tests indicate that the low voltage protection works as expected.7. Portable and Lightweight: Made from metal and ABS, it's lightweight yet durable, making it easy to transport and set up.8. Affordable: Priced significantly lower than comparable brand-name versions, offering good value for money.9. IPX4 Waterproof: Suitable for use in rainy conditions, increasing its versatility for outdoor activities.Cons:1. Battery Not Included: Requires Milwaukee M18 batteries (or compatible ones). But in reality, this is a pro, not a con. (See above.)2. No Corded Power Option: The light cannot be powered by plugging into a USB or standard outlet; it requires an M18 battery to operate.3. Battery Drain: If left attached to the battery, it can drain the battery even when not in use, requiring users to detach the battery after use.4. Heat Generation: The light can get quite hot, especially on the highest brightness setting, which might be a concern in certain environments.5. Potential Overheating Risk: The high temperatures reached during use might pose a risk in certain situations, such as in enclosed or flammable environments.

Great little work light to have around the house....
We've really gotten to like these battery powered work lights as they are just so portable – and they are bright, too. We ordered this particular one to go with our Milwaukee tool M18 batteries. Installation and operation of the light are both simple and easy. The battery does fit a bit tightly but it just takes an extra tug to get it on/off. The light is bright and we appreciate how adjustable the tilt is for illuminating dark corners. The wire handle works just as well for carrying as it does for hanging the work light up. There are two ports – one USB-A and one USB-C – for charging your devices from the battery but we haven't really used those since we prefer our normal fast charging cords/blocks. The light itself has been a great find and we've used it for many different tasks around the house and yard....

You Will LOVE This Light
I use this light all the time. My business/shop and my home are a 1/4 mile apart and often times I do not close until after dark. I use this light and one of my 18v batteries to light the way. I have been using this light for weeks on one charge. It is like carrying a ole timey lantern and the low setting is all I need.I have also used it a few times for fixing things around the house. I had to get into the old washing machine recently and I set the light on the floor to illuminate the belts in the base of the washer. The high was overly high and the low is far more usable when the light sits close. The high easily lights up a whole room though.Highly Recommended!!!!

Flickers sometimes but otherwise good
I will say this drains the battery a bit faster than I expected and it flickers at times. Otherwise, this works as expected and I think it makes a great addition for anybody doing a lot of work around the house who already has m18 batteries
