I heard about this new sriracha sauce from a friend. What intrigued me is that it is made with actual chiles from Thailand and it is organic. I ordered all three versions (mild, medium, spicy) and they are excellent. Most srirachas use U.S.-grown peppers, usually jalapenos, and do not deliver an authentic Thai hot sauce experience. This definitely does.Be aware that, being produced using Thai chiles, these are spicier than most. The mild has a decent amount of heat; the medium would probably be considered hot by many, and the hot really means it! They are also not as sweet as many out there which, for me, is a big plus. This seems to be the real deal and I love it!

For lovers of vinegar-forward sauce and deep sriracha heat, this sauce does both amazingly well. A perfect balance of sweetness and heat, with a bite. This stuff is amazing. We ordered both the mild and hot, they are both so good. Highly recommend! The hot and the mild have a wonderful flavor, the mild does not have a kick the hot has a great kick but not overwhelming. We have a restaurant and we will be offering both as a condiment.
