Dr. Bob's Drugless Guide to Detoxification

I do like this book and I have gone to youtube to see his videos for certain problems. It is a to the point type of book. My self like many others are tired of the pill pushing cover up of chemicals from MD's and looking for a better healthier alternative to make us well again. Anytime you can use real food and pure water to help eliminate sickness I say go for it. Just remember that it doesn't happen over night. It took time to make you sick so it will take time to make you well again.

Liked the guide to detoxification

Dr. Bob does a very good job of giving you a lot of information in a short period of time. If you're interested in understanding the detoxification process Dr. Bob does a great job of making it simple so anyone can understand the process and the bemifits of detoxifying yourself. Execelent book and easy reading.

Nice small book.The book could have been a bit biggerbut you can learn what he talks about on his videos.

I saw Dr. Bob on a television program and googled his name. His books showed on Amazon, so I ordered them. I received fast service, the book was new and in pristine condition when it arrived. Would definitely use again : )

Got this book for my wife. She says it's an excellent book for anyone just starting out, but she has been researching alternative treatments/therapies for close to 30 years so she is beyond the information contained in this book.

His other books are more elaborate. It is a nice but a bit simple book which for me just does not tell me enough. But I love his other books

Excellent book. Well written and easy to read. Sensible and down to earth for the most part. Easy to make these changes in your life.
