I will mix anything in my morning smoothies to help with my overall health and VIVE NUTRITION Queen's Boost - Sugar-Free Bee Bread, Royal Jelly & Propolis Powder with Vitamin C - Non-GMO, Immune Support & Energy - 30 Sachets, 30-Day Supply does not disappoint. Has a scent once opened but can't taste it in the smoothies. Would not use in juice or water as it was not appetizing but in a smoothie it is great. A bit pricey for just thirty packs but typically anything to do with bee products are higher than other supplements. Very clean ingredients, would recommend this product.

This VIVE NUTRITION Queen's Boost can be added to smoothies, mixed with honey and hot water, or mixed with food. I tried the honey and hot water and I didn't enjoy the texture. For me, stirring this into my oatmeal worked the best. This has a honey scent but no real taste. I'm very happy with this.

I've been using Queen's Boost for 4 days now, and I'm really impressed! The sugar-free bee bread, royal jelly, and propolis powder blend with Vitamin C is a great combination. It gives me a noticeable energy boost and supports my immune system. The fact that it's non-GMO is a big plus. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the taste takes a bit of getting used to. Overall, it's a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it!

This supplement has bee based ingredients that are thought to be(e) good for health. It comes in packets that are easy to open. It doesn't seem to have a noticeable taste when I mix it in smoothies or protein shakes. I do feel like I have a bit more energy when I take this. The company's website has some vague claims about quality standards, but there is no mention of Good Manufacturing Processes certification or 3rd party testing.

I’ve been feeling a drop in my immunity and energy levels lately, so I decided to try this product. I like that Bread, Royal Jelly & Propolis Powder with Vitamin C contains all the ingredients I need in one convenient package. The price is also reasonable. The individual sachets make it easy to carry around, and the taste and smell aren’t too unpleasant when mixed with water, which I appreciate. I’ve been taking it every evening, and I’ve noticed it’s not as hard to wake up in the morning, plus my skin seems to be improving, which is a big plus!

Really doesn't have a taste, I add to to my evening yogurt, could also add to your coffee or tea.

I mixed this powder in with a mango, peach, and banana smoothie. The packet of powder smells like flour and did not seem to alter the smoothie flavor much, if at all.

I love that these are individually packaged, as they work great for an instant boost of energy and also contains many health benefits!
