I've only used the large red handled knife so far but it is excellent, very sharp & did a beautiful job cutting.

This product is worthprice hvent had any complains, use them daily havent had to sharpen at all.

I am a fisherman, I have other fillet knives, but this set is exceptional , simply they are what I need to fillet my catch much easier that before.I recommended it to other fisherman buddies , as they are really of high quality .

I purchased these knives to fillet fish and slice beef thin for my smoker. They are awesome, so sharp and I love the covers on them, I only use for special projects.
