This handheld steamer is a great option for small multiple tasks. I’m using it in the kitchen and sometimes on the carpet.This steamer came with all the accessories such as a measuring cup, a long spray nozzle, a brush etc. It comes with a detailed manual but once you get used to it you won’t need a manual anymore.It is easy to operate and quickly hits up and becomes ready for the task. It has a small water tank which keeps it light in weight and it makes it easy to hold.You need to be very careful while using it on glass surfaces like windows as it might crack the glass because of the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors. Hence I avoid using it on Windows.It comes with a long wire which I think is long enough to reach any area to a medium-sized home.The best thing about steam cleaner is, that it is a natural and hygienic way of cleaning home.I use it a lot because I have a toddler who loves to put thongs in their mouth hence I try to keep everything clean.

From the outset I had trouble with the steam cleaner's nozzle which was stuck pointing downward. With quite a bit of force I managed to free it up so that it could move up and down properly, not off to the best start.Comes with a selection of useful accessories especially the nozzle extension which makes it easier to reach nooks and crannies.Has a decent power cable length that allows it to remain plugged in when working in the kitchen for example.Upon first testing noticed that the temperature of the objects being cleaned wasn't reaching as high as I thought it might, not convinced the steam is operating at the stated temperature.Have tried the steam cleaner on burnt on food for example and didn't make much progress, reverting to the old fashioned approach of using a cleaning spray.The fabric cover that's included won't last very long at all as the fabric was already fraying from unboxing.The unit is lightweight even with the water poured in however the only real practical use I've found for it is cleaning mesh frames such as those found in kitchen extraction fans where it's incredibly difficult to clean with a brush of some kind.£30.99 as of writing.3/5

Handy little tool

It broke after one use. We sent it back and got a full refund straight away ..There was no option to exchange.I might have tried it again as I know people who have this product and love it.So although my product wasn't good customer service was excellent

We never knew we needed this until we bought it. I am replacing the wicker cane on my dining room chairs and needed to soften the glue to remove the old cane. This steamer has a multitude of other uses. Too long to list. the steamer cleans many things and is very complete with attachments. Happy!

Wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is ,, pleasantly surprised !! Works great ,, I use it for steaming in kitchen , bathroom and detailing my vehicle ,, the included attachments are easy to switch ,, smooth delivery also

Thought this would be a worthwhile buy, unfortunately not. Simply not enough pressure to do even the simplest removal of light mould or grease on exhaust fan filter, nor does it last long enough before having to fill, max's out at 2 minutes pressure. Waste of money and time.

Does the job well. The button doesn’t lock though so your thumb gets sore if steaming for awhile. Otherwise, it is a great product. This is my second one like this. I replaced the old one after 10 years.
