Cinnamon Extract
I was ignorant that cinnamon extract even existed! But, oh my gosh, the potential of this stuff is mind blowing for a cinnamon lover. Snow white cake with deep cinnamon flavor. A splash in middle Eastern dishes. This extract can swing either sweet or savory because there is no sugar. Extract itself tastes icky with the alcohol that preserves it but add it to something and ZING! There aren't many recipes that call for cinnamon extract but if you cook at all, you can see many, many creative and unexpected uses for this extract. So far I've used it to flavor sweetened whipped cream and was impressed with the result. I'm very satisfied and excited about this order!

Versatile Extract
I love cinnamon everything, and this extract can be used in so many recipes. I’ll be using it in baking recipes, like my banana bread, snicker doodle cookies, apple pies, etc. I also like to make homemade applesauce where I think this will be a great addition. It might even be good in my coffee. I can’t wait to experiment with all of the possibilities. Love the big bottle. Made in the USA.

seems to be good quality
This smells very nice and seems to be a good strength. Not overly strong or weak, pretty much what I expect and used to buy in tiny bottles. I have only used it in one batch of a cinnamon dessert so far 9a family favorite recipe) and it worked well. It will be nice to not have to worry about running out right away. It may inspire me to make the dessert for an upcoming event where I will need to make a half dozen of the same item. Normally I wouldn't make the cinnamon dessert as I would go through a couple of bottles of the grocery store extract. With this, I am set for a while.
