Santa's obviousyl a bit busy at this time of year and he doesn't have time to get his laundry done. To this end, if he needs to buy a few additional changes for clothes til the elves can catch up, he could do a lot worse that the Christmas Santa Claus costume (11 pieces) from Amazon seller Bovaco. I understand the big man and the business work together quite a lot over the festive period so perhaps he could get it delivered alongside some of his other requests.The suit itself is good quality, plush and luxurious, definitely a step up from those imposters you sometimes see on the Santa fun run and the like.The most telling part is the quality of the red fabric. its smooth and lush, velvety, much or befitting of the big man some badly cut felt. The hat feels like good quality too, although the fur in general is not quite as plush as his kept-for-best Christmas Card garb, it's not too far off. The beard won't be needed of course, but for anyone wanting to recreate a Santa look it is big and bushy and so snowy white. Santa loved the bell - the reindeer thought it was time for a feed however so we must get that right, but he did have a chuckle at the Santa sack provided - it's a little small and shiny fabric - almost like a decoration, not the big burlap sacks Santa needs on the sleigh on Christmas Eve Night.Now. On to the accessories. Included are a belt - it works, its pretty good, but Santa prefers his 'model's own' version - and the boot covers are a nice touch - they fit right over his feet and help to keep his real boots free from mud ha ha!The gloves are a little dainty for the fine fingers of a man, especially one who's had a few mince pies in his time so Santa has decided to opt for 'model's own' gloves.The whole outfit gives a great impression and we note that although Santa doesn't need it, the men's XL size could easily be fattened up by a some padding - indeed Santa says there are a few wish lists out there with "fake fat tum" on them, again available from Amazon, he winks.Santa reckons his new suit will do him for a few seasons to come and the thicker material and luxurious touches will help him feel festive on the chilly nights.Five stars for the main suit, four for the accessories, and a Merry Christmas to you all.

This is clearly aimed at the "quality" end of the market, and doesn't disappoint. This is a classic Santa suit with all the trimmings, and all* items made with care and good materials. It comes nicely packaged in it's own zip-up red (of course!) storage / carry bag. This is a bonus if you have a "visiting" Santa and need to be able to change away from the, um, North Pole.We ordered a "large" size and at first glance it looks enormous. But for a tall but reasonably slim Santa this means there's ample room for additional stuffing. The hat in particular looked enormous, but given that it has to go over Santa's very generous head of hair, in practice it turns out to be the right size. The main red material is velvety, not too thin, and not so thick as to make Santa uncomfortably hot. The white trimmings are soft and a clean white (not sure how they will fare when descending through a chimney, Santa may prefer a more modern entrance). The belt and boot covers are made of a nice quality faux-leather material, matching each other. Again the belt seems enormous, but when wrapped around Santa's expected girth it's fine. The boot covers are great, and mean that Santa can wear just plain shoes or Wellingtons, and all will be covered. There's a handy elastic strap that goes under the sole and keeps the covers where they should be, and provide plenty of space to stuff excess trouser length.* All in all a well thought-out set that will keep Father Christmas looking smart for years to come...Except.. the gloves are awful! They are tiny (they didn't really fit even Mrs Claus' delicate hands) and the material is very flimsy. So much that they're largely see-through, and you can see where the material is folded over inside the fingers as they show up much whiter. On our sample the stitching was coming undone on one finger before it was even out of the bag. So beware - you might need to supplement your - I mean Santa's - outfit with some white gloves, as the included ones really are not up to it.

Es sind enthalten, Eine rote Samthose, ein roter Samtmantel mit Reißverschluss,weiße Samthandschuhe, ein Bart, eine Perrücke,eine Glocke,ein großer dicker schwarzer Gürtel,schwarze Überzieher für die Schuhe,eine rote Weihnachtsmann Mütze aus Samt,ein großer goldener Sack für die Geschenke und eine Brille. Das Kostüm lässt sich sehr gut anziehen und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings für den Geruch. Wenn man denn Beutel in dem alles enthalten ist öffnet kommt einem erst mal ein sehr startker chemicher Geruch entgegen welcher auch in der Kleidung hängt. Da man das Kostüm nur von Hand waschen kann (was auch rahtsam ist, da sich sonst die weißen ränder verfärben) bleibt einem nur das ganze Kostüm ordentlich durch zu lüften.
