Instructions Did Not Fully Match The Product / Missing Parts
Generally, we like the product. The instructions did not fully match the unit (layout/features). The instructions claimed extra spare parts were to be included and they were not. I contacted the company and only received half of the parts that I should have. To prove to them there should have been extra parts, I had to send a photograph of their own instructions.

Very sturdy and well made
The adjustable frame was the perfect option on this item. It’s very sturdy, easy to assemble, and holds all of our clothes and shoes. From coats to tshirts, it bares the weight effortlessly. It fit our new closet space perfectly and looks great! Great value for the money.

It holds the weight
The directions weren’t that great Make sure you put the plastic caps aligned with the lines on the bars. Also the top shelf to be quite a few inches lower than the two sides shelves. Otherwise, you won’t be able to put the hanging bar on.
