Filter Regulator and Lubricator – 3 in 1 FRL Unit - 3/8" NPT – 150 PSI (Campbell Hausfeld PA208103AV)

Although it took awhile to arrive, I like that it arrived packaged well and with everything needed but the oil. It looks good and is simple to operate. If you need to reverse the mount so the air flow is correct for your set up, be aware that there is an O-ring between the two units. That bracket is what holds the regulator and oiler together. So don’t lose the o-ring. I’d recommend it to anyone needing no more than 150psi to your tools.

Of the Campbell Hausfeld filters & lubricators I wanted a blue set but this product was the only combined "set" I found. I figured blue, black, whatever but when I got it in the mail, it in fact was a blue set. Bottom line, I wanted an air filter, regulator, lubricator kit for my air compressor and this fits the bill perfectly. The only thing I noticed when I installed this and filled it with oil for use is that my air compressor already has a regulator on it at the hose connection and the two regulators are about 5 PSI different. When the regulator on my air compressor is set at 90PSI, the regulator on this combo is only reading 85PSI. So I just bumped the air compressor up to 95PSI in order to get a 90PSI reading on the combo set. I figure it's only 5PSI and within the range of the tools I have for no big issues. I still highly recommend this product.

Depending on your airline set up, you want to consider what pressure you need, the importance of how dry your air needs to be and where your system needs drain points. I currently run a header system with multiple drops. Each drop has one of these on it, which allows me to adjust pressure, separate water and drain the system. This product has a versatile feed direction that can be swapped, as well as a relatively high working pressure which allows me to utilize multiple applications from low pressure paint guns to high demand plasma cutters. If you do need to swap feed directions, it can be a bit of a pain to ensure the o-rings are seated properly to prevent leaks and some of the set screws needed some additional thread tape to stop leaks. Otherwise, they are a higher quality product than the majority of others you pay for on here in my opinion. I do run a two stage compressor at 150 psi though, so these best fit my needs and I have thus far been satisfied with he product.

You get what you pay for! This is my 3rd Reg/Lub unit I've used in the past 5 years or so and they kept blowing out. This one has been operating 100% since installed.

Works perfectly but I don’t have a need for the oiler. I just want clean air to blow off things. I shut off the oiler and everything is fine

Wasted money, new part and a bad design, leaks air from installation, revised it and it’s just designed to fail

The connection between the two leaks air. It’s a simple o-ring in between that does not properly seat. Don’t waste your money.

It's ok - I think it leaks a tiny bit of air out of the oiler part (tank kicks off at 120 psi and this will leak until the tank drops down to 90 and then will stay at 90 over night). I am a full time residential house framer and use this every day so we don't have to oil guns ever. Works good for that but every time you unhook it oil shoots backwards into the air filter/regulator part which I think is a stupid design. I'm contemplating trying to disassemble it so that I can put a length of hose in between the two pieces so I don't keep getting oil in my regulator when I disconnect it.
