I was so disappointed that I received the item with messing parts, it is too much hassle for me to send the item back so I will have to get creative so I can use it.At £20 I expected to get all the parts.

Best mop and picket I think I've ever had. Comes with a good number of replacement heads as well. The bucket lid features are really good and straining the water out of the mop itself is really easy and having two chambers is great as well. There is also a plug at the bottom of the bucket to drain the water but I think pouring it over the top is probably still easier. If you want a good mop I'd recommend this. The only slight down side is that it might take a little dexterity to slide the mop into the bucket lid slot.

The media could not be loaded. This is a well made product with ten mop pads included BUT it's utterly impractical as you'll see in my video.The method of use is that you must slot the swivel headed mop into slots in the bucket. These slots are a tight fit and I needed both hands to pull the mop out again. Obviously, with the bucket filled with water, it'll just fall over as you try to pull the mop head out. A design that just doesn't work so what you get is a decent mop without a useable bucket. Not impressed by it and can't recommend it.
