GOJOCXI Counter Mount Touch-Free Foam Soap Dispenser, Chrome Finish, for 1500/2300 mL GOJO Foam Soap Refills (Pack of 1) - 8520-01

We used a 1" drill bit to install it in the tile beside our kitchen sink. LOVE it. We just purchased a second one to install in our bathroom. Hands free soap is really quick, convenient, frees up counter space, and saves time and $ from having to constantly purchase or refill the little hand pump foam dispensers that tip over. First thing in the morning it may take two passes to get the soap moving but that's a small gripe. Soap pressure is high - shoots out far enough to hit the drain in our kitchen sink. Kids love it too. So far our cats haven't discovered it...keeping fingers crossed!

Was great until one day I came home from a week out of town to find it had automatically and completely emptied itself of my recently purchased, very expensive soap..., (which cost more than the machine itself, kinda like printers and ink...), very expensive lesson, all down the drain..., so now I am looking for a manual squirt setup.

I bought this, because I wanted to get the soap dispenser off the counter, where it was always in the way, and I wanted foamy soap. This was the only counter-mounted dispenser that gave me both. I did not particularly want to pay for the automatic dispenser feature, but I had no choice, if I wanted foam. The unit looked as it was pictured in the ads. Unfortunately, the motor would not fit under my vanity top in either of the two positions available (the two handle positions in a three-hole sink) in any orientation that allowed the spout to dispense the soap over the sink. I had to return the unit. I hope the manufacturer will come up with a manual model or one that allows the spout to be rotated relative to the motor, and then I think it will be perfect. Meanwhile, I'm giving it four stars for being the only counter-mounted design to have foam, although I have not actually been able to use the product to find out how well it works.

I love it. Looks cool works even better. I ordered the damaged one. Received it box was damaged part was in great shape not a scratch on it love it.

You're up for a surprise when you pull this thing out the box. The refill bottle is "sold separately". As it turns out the bottle is more expensive the the dispenser itself and you have to buy whatever foam they put in it. You can't use your favorite one anymore.

This replaced an old, broken dish soap pump. Works well except that if it's not been used for a few hours it takes 2-3 times to get any soap out of it.Installation - This mechanism is intended for new construction not retrofitting into an existing hole in the counter. And it takes up a lot more room under the counter than the old manual pumps. Double check it in your under counter space before you start installation.I had to cut holes in the back and side of my cabinet in order for it to fit properly under the existing hole in my counter. If my existing hole had been on the right, instead of the left, of the faucet, it would have fit OK. It would be useful if there was some way to make adjustments for retrofitting.
