Best to buy B15 rather than DMG which left me feeling a degree under and with a headache. Natural B15 can be purchased in the UK and meets most of the benefits which research has discovered. The book focuses on DMG to the exclusion of B15 but having had a kick-back from it I will stay with the natural B15 product.
