Corrie Ten Boom a Faith Undefeated

A beautiful story of Corrie and the ten Boom family and their tremendous courage and faith. Well made documentary! Must see.

It is the third time I watched the documentary and just to remind myself of my call as a Christian.I was touched:- by Ten Boom's love and dedication to God and others, before the war, and after, the people in great need-they had the courage to help and Dutch people, jews and non-jews, women,men and children, knowing that if they were caught would end up in extermination camps.-they read the Bible and studied it daily and God showed them the way so that Corrie, after her release from concentration camp, was used by God until the last days of her life

Corrie ten Boom was an amazing person who shows us that we should have faith even in the most difficult of situations. The film was beautifully made. I don't usually watch films more than once, but this one I can watch this over and over again.

I read some of the negative reviews on this, and it strikes me as how ugly they are compared to the beauty, love and forgiveness this incredible woman showed during her life, and now afterwards. I am not only inspired from her story, but feel changed. Don't listen to the negatives. This documentary centers on this remarkable woman, who is so strong, so wonderful. I wish I could have met her.

Corrie and the Ten Boom family are remarkable. This film does a really nice job of telling their stories and their faith in the face of WW2 atrocities. A very uplifting film. Grateful for brave people who do good. And grateful for people who tell their stories.

What a wonderful telling of the life of a totally committed Christian! Jesus allows us to go through many things in life in order to cling to Him and His promises. He teaches us every step of the way to cling to Him and then uses us to help others to follow Him. Some would look at it and say it was a terrible life, filled with terror, loss, and pain. But a Christian would look at it an say that terrible things can happen in anyone's life, even the life of a committed Christian. That is just life. The difference is holding fast to the Lord Jesus Christ, seeking Him in every event, and clinging to the Word of God and His promises to see the way those things can be used by the Lord for victory. There is no normal life, there is just life, and Jesus is with us every step of the way. He never said it would be easy. Hold fast!

Corrie ten Boom's story is inspiring. I pray that one day I will have her faith and willingness to lay everything on the line for Jesus.

If you feel low on your faith then you definitely need to watch this. A very inspiring story of how faith in the Lord Jesus Christ can you get you through the vilest of circumstance and permit you to do impossible things. I will watch the movie now as well. Thank you.

Saw this film before, belonged to a friend so this is my own copy

I bought this movie prior to a trip to the Netherlands, where I was taking three of our granddaughters for a trip that would include a visit to the Corrie Ten Boom Museum. We watched the movie before going and it set the stage for the visit beautifully. When we returned we watched it again with our cell group as many people have not heard of Corrie Ten Boom. It was inspiring to those people, and also to those who knew her well when she was alive, in fact one person downloaded her book, The Hiding Place and is rereading it after many years! :)

It was Farley good but didn’t realize it was a documentary as it doesn’t say anything about the movie!
