Perfect humidity controller, this product exceeds my expectations. I dropped one bag in my vegetable and fruit bag and they last longer and remain fresh.

I live in the South and I love these desiccant packs. I frequently dehydrate and freeze-dry my own foods and these desiccant packs are crucial to success. The air here is always wet, so even on 'dry days' when I pack foods up, there is more moisture in the air than I'd like. That's why I always use 1-2 of these packets in every container of food I pack. I'm not a prepper either, I just don't see any sense paying $2.79 for a green pepper in the middle of the winter! So, I dehydrate them when they're cheap, pack them with a desiccant packet, and seal them up for stews, salads, and other uses later on in the year. Keeping your food dry is critical to prevent spoilage, and these packets have been working for me.

I got these after searching for ways to minimize condensation that had formed on one of my Nikon DSLR camera lenses. I read that if you put your lens in a sealed bag with silica packets, it would help absorb the moisture. I was so skeptical, but it seemed pretty harmless, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I saved over $100 on a repair/cleaning with these! They worked perfectly, and quickly. So happy to have tried it and will definitely remember this trick if it's ever needed in the future!

This pack has plenty of silica gel packs for all kinds of uses. They're small (about 1"), so I use them in spice jars and for containers of other dried ingredients such as cereals, grains, dried fruits, dog food, etc. It helps to keep these things fresh longer. I also use them in boxes to store paper goods, documents, and books. They've helped to keep my books from getting damp or moldy. I also use them in my dresser drawers. I fid that it keeps clothes like socks and undergarments fresh as well.

These desiccant packs have been a lifesaver for keeping moisture away from my electronics and spices. The 1-gram size is just right for placing in smaller containers, and the fact that they’re food-grade gives me peace of mind when using them with food items. I’ve used them in everything from spice jars to toolboxes, and they do a great job of keeping everything dry. i appreciate that they come in a large pack of 250, so I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon. The packets are easy to use, and they’ve worked perfectly for my needs so far.

Unfortunately due to my tiny kitchen situation, there's nowhere other than the upper cabinet next to my stove range to store spices. This means even with the hood running, some moisture gets into those cabinets and can cause my spices to get hardened/go bad. I have started using these in my spice jars (especially those darn BBQ rubs and garlic powder that love to turn into a brick) and it makes a big difference!
