Etac Clean Rolling Shower Commode Chair for Elderly, Adjustable Height

This chair is sturdy, balanced, well-made and easy to assemble, clean, and use. The thoughtful design makes hygiene so much easier! Only complaint is the back height is not adjustable. Wish we’d found this sooner and not wasted money on two cheaper chairs that didn’t last.

This is a quality item for wheelchair bound. My mom is 97 and in a wheelchair. This chair minimizes the times we need to transfer her from her wheelchair to a shower chair or toilet. It is a tremendous help and the quality is top notch!

It came without the bowl for BM or Urine. I cannot find any chat or phone to call to order the slide in bowl even though it is shown in the user manual.

This was a gift so don't know about price. Chair locks so doesn't move when in use. It is very heavy but an amazing chair for the open bottom as an invalid uses it. Highly recommend.

The standard Etac chair (with rigid back panel) is likely to be very comfortable for anyone who can sit fairly upright. However, for someone with a bent-forward posture, the rigid back panel will dig into the arched spine causing severe discomfort. Etac provide a solution to this problem, it can be found in the accessories section on their website. It turns out that the rigid back panel can be removed and replaced with a flexible soft mesh alternative called the SOFT BACK SUPPORT (see snapshots). This simple accessory transformed our chair from a totally unusable device to a very comfortable, constantly used shower commode. We chose the height adjustable model because it gives more flexibility when adapting the device to home conditions. A soft seat pad and a pan were ordered separately. The Etac Clean stands out in terms of quality and functional design. While expensive, it is easily better than anything we tried before.
