Excellent case. Fits perfectly. MagSafe works very well. Seems very protective. Like the microfiber-like backing to keep scratches off of the back of the phone. I also like the texture of the exterior of the case. Almost feels like paper. Just grippy enough without being rough. And the textured sides are very grippy. Not going to slip out of my hand unless I'm super careless. I think the case looks good as well. Nothing flashy, but nicely understated without being boring.

Just bought this for my iPhone 17. No issues so far, seems durable and is a good fit. Buttons all work, good access to the side slider. This case is pretty slim and the sides have a heavy texture, but the material is not super grippy. The back surface is smooth with a wall around the cameras. Overall, seems like a pretty good case with a good fit to the 17.

I like the texture on the sides of the case. I would describe it as a fine grain pebblette texture. The back is a smooth satin finish. The buttons work well. The screen is well protected as well as the two lenses on the iPhone 17. It is a good basic case for a reasonable price.

Overall I'll say it's a good case. Seems sturdy. Maybe a little thicker than I expected. Good non-slip feel. But the side buttons? They feel very stiff. After using this case for a while I find myself pushing really hard to compensate. I DO think it wasn't always registering the presses at first, but now I just can't seem to stop squeezing hard.

The Smartish iPhone 16 Pro Magnetic Case is exactly what I was looking for. It has a slim profile that doesn’t add a lot of bulk, but it still feels durable and protective in the hand. The fit is spot on, the buttons are responsive, and it gives the phone a secure, comfortable grip. The magnetic connection is strong and works great with MagSafe accessories and charging. It also has a clean, simple look that keeps the phone stylish without overdoing it. Great balance of protection, function, and everyday usability.

This is a VERY nice case for the price. The quality is great, fits well in my hands and most importantly it doesn't slide out of my hand. I would buy this again for sure.

The Smartish Gripmunk case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max is exactly what I was hoping for — lightweight, slim, and surprisingly protective without turning the phone into a brick. The texture on the sides gives you a solid grip without feeling rubbery, and the matte finish looks clean and minimal. The MagSafe strength is legit — strong enough to hold on chargers and mounts without sliding. The camera control bumpers around the lens area feel sturdy and well-engineered, giving good confidence the lenses are protected if the phone takes a hit. Inside, the microfiber lining is a nice touch and should help prevent micro-scratches on the back of the phone. The fit is perfect: snug, clicky buttons, and precise cutouts. It doesn’t interfere with screen protectors either. It’s one of those cases that feels like it was designed around the phone instead of molded to “kinda fit.” If you want a slim case that still gives real-world protection, solid grip, and full MagSafe compatibility, the Smartish Gripmunk is honestly one of the best options out there. Great value and great daily use case.

I’ve had about 7-10 Smartish iPhone cases at this point. If you’re looking for a thin-medium case with decent protection I highly recommend this case. Compared to some of their other cases, I think that this Gripmunk case has the best feel when I hold it. The sides are textured and the plastic isn’t slippery like the clear case is. There are slight indent bumps on the lower sides that help it feel more secure in the hand as well. If you get one with a design on it, it is just printed on and some small spots have scratched off from light use (I use a MagSafe charger and MagSafe wallet). I think over some time the design print will not look as good as a plain color case. However I do love the design options they have to choose from. Drop protection is good enough. I’ve accidentally dropped this phone once from about 3 ft onto tile and the case and phone have no damage. In the past, I’ve broken a few of these cases from drops but my phone has always stayed protected. If you use a flat MagSafe charger just be aware that the added bulk protecting the cameras makes the MagSafe charging not work on some flat chargers. A puck style charger still works just fine. Overall I still recommend this case for the price and protection it gives. I’m quite happy with the design and grippy feel too.

Zunächst war ich skeptisch, ob es für diesen recht günstigen Preis auch tatsächlich hält, was es verspricht. Aber von Amazon wurde ich bisher nicht enttäuscht, also bestellte ich mir das Case inklusive Folie. Nachdem ich nun einige Monate mit diesem Case verbracht habe, kann ich es jedem, der auf ein solide verarbeitetes und für mich doch edel wirkendes Case setzen will, nur weiter empfehlen. Mir ist mein iPhone 8 häufig heruntergefallen, doch mit diesem Case hat es bisher noch keinerlei Spuren davon tragen müssen und die Hülle ist noch nicht abgenutzt oder in irgendeiner Form "ausgetragen". Die Folie schützt das Display auch sehr gut gegen Kratzer und da das case über den Rand geht, können kleine Krümel dem Display nichts anhaben. Zwar sieht man auf der Folie recht schnell Fingerabdrücke, die man auf der speziellen Beschichtung des iPhone 8 nicht sehen würde und das Case macht das iPhone etwas breiter, doch passt es noch immer sehr gut in jede Hosentasche und wie bereits erwähnt: das iPhone ist wunderbar geschützt und es sieht sehr gut aus. Daher eine echte Kaufempfehlung!

Over 12 months later of use and it’s still holding up remarkably. It’s not a super tight fit still, but the “grip” is still there and it’s protected my phone from the occasional drop from low heights.
