These work !! They are filled with only safe ,natural well known ingredients and really work . Tablets felt a bit dry when swallowing but once down there was no after taste. Felt a slight headache after half hour but did have an energy boost. Drank lots of water due to headache and symptoms subsided after an hour. Had a good workout at gym. These pills are effective but due to the headache I won't use again.
