This rocket is a bit small, but it does look good with the other figurines if its in the background. Mine does stand fine and the paint job is very good.

There were no dimensions for the rocket in the product description but it was only about £5 so I bought it anyway. When it arrived, it was smaller than I thought it could possibly be- it measures 80mm (or a little over 3 inches) tall and about 40mm at it's widest at the base.While I can appreciate this size, being an official Tintin product, what has prompted me to return it is the fact that one of the three 'legs' is shorter than the other two, allowing the rocket to lean sideways. It looks ridiculous and wrong. It doesn't appear to be a very well cast piece either, there are mould marks on the surface.Its the only piece I have from the set, so perhaps if you were collecting them, it might be worth getting. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

It's okay for the price but was a bit smaller than I expected (about three inches). Perhaps the greater problem is that there really aren't many options for playing with it other than holding it or throwing it in simulated projectile style (not really designed for that). My three-year old initially loved it but didn't miss it much when it got misplaced. The tip is a bit sharp but not so much to be lethal or cause any real damage to skin since the material from which the unit is made is very soft

Great little toy - my son was excited to see it. :-)The resemblance to the rocket on the books is remarkable and this enhances his experience when reading the Tintin stories.
